For some reason each post office is acting like an an independent entity.  We have been mailing out membership/courtesy cards at the post office.  We bring the envelopes to the counter where they weigh it and tell us the correct postage.  We affix that postage, yet some post offices have been returning the envelopes for insufficient postage. 

Amazing!  We can order something from Amazon or Walmart and get it the next day no problem,  yet the post office can’t handle an envelope  because they are “unsure” of the proper postage.

Any envelopes returned this way will be re-sent when we can.   

Any envelopes returned for change of address Will Not be resent until the member updates their address with the IAPSNJ.  Go to and update all that apply.
