| Ingredients:
1 egg 1/2 cup softened butter 1/3 cup ricotta 3/4 cup sugar 2 cups flour 1 cup slivered almonds - blanched 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla greased cookie sheet |
| Instructions:
Mix, Butter and 1/3 cup ricotta Cream till smooth add egg Beat Smooth Sift together: flour, baking soda, salt, Mix ricotta mix & flour mix, blend well Add vanilla, almonds, and Fold into cookie mix Drop by teaspoon full onto the cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees |
